Rachel is our firm’s Administrative Assistant. Since her arrival she has expanded the use of our computerized accounting program and assisted with administrative responsibilities. Her business experience and knowledge have transferred easily to our firm’s bookkeeping needs and vendor and client relationships. Most recently Rachel is managing contract renewals for API.
Rachel’s early years were spent in the automotive sales arena where she gained customer service, finance and management knowledge. She left the car business as manager of an auto lease and rental company with 4 employees and a fleet exceeding 175 cars and trucks. While raising her 2 daughters Rachel and her husband owned a Pepperidge Farm Bread franchise, which allowed her to be readily available for her children and keep her hand in the business sector. Upon returning to the workforce full-time she and found her niche in the construction design field. Since 1990 Rachel has worked with several local architectural and engineering design firms in support roles ranging from secretary, and personnel coordinator to bookkeeper. During her time in these positions she has become proficient at a variety of software: Microsoft Office, Arcom Masterspec, QuickBooks, Wind2 FMS, and Deltek’s Vision accounting software.
Rachel is a Notary Public.
